入排标准

- All
入选标准
- •Persons aged 18 to 39 years who belong to a baseball club
- •Persons who practice or play games on two or more days a week
- •Persons who can perform external rotation exercises continuously for one month
- •Persons who freely provide informed consent prior to participation after the study is sufficiently explained to them
排除标准
- •Persons who have undergone surgery for a pitching-related injury and have not returned to their original level of competition
- •Persons who are currently unable to pitch with full power due to pain during pitching
- •Persons with less than 1 year of experience
- •Persons who require pain management, including anti-inflammatory analgesics, when competing
- •Other persons who the investigator determines to be inappropriate as participants
