入选标准
- •Inclusion Criteria
- •Both ischemic and hemorrhagic unilateral first ever stroke
- •Both male and female with age between 18-66 years old
- •sub acute post stroke
- •Normal or correct vision
- •Right hand dominant pre stroke
- •Diagnosed and confirmed by CT scan or MRI by physician
- •Able to follow the commands and can speak and understand Nepalese language
- •Motor deficit severity should be mild to moderate impairments
- •Mild cognitive deficit with attention score of 3
- •Movement Imagery Questionnaire 3 will be used to measure the ability of kinesthetic Imagery. Patient need to score between 3 to 7 (total scoring is 1to 7). Only item number 7 that is arm movement will be included as it measures kinesthetic imagery ability of upper extremity.
排除标准
- •Severe pain on UE
- •Severely restricted joint motion
- •Cognitive impairment prior stroke
- •Inability to sit independently for at least one hour
- •Previous history of neurological lesions, any existing psychiatric and neurological diagnoses that affect cognition
