入选标准
- •1) Patients scheduled to undergo laparoscopic colectomy at Kyungpook National University Chilgok Hospital
- •2) Patinetns who are 20-75 years old.
- •3) Patients who graded as American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I or II
- •4) Patients whose main skin incision length is expected to be less than 6 cm
- •5) Patients with bilirubin levels below 0.4 mg / dl
- •6) Patients with glomerular filtration rate over 50cc / min
排除标准
- •1) Patients with allergies to morphine, pregabalin, ropivacaine
- •2) Patients with drug dependence
- •3) Patients with chronic pain
- •4) Patients with sleep apnea
- •5) Patients with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •6) Patiens who take analgesics within 24 hours before surgery
- •7) Patients with mental illness
