- •1 patients who were diagnosed chronic rhinosinusitis and undergoing functional sinus surgery in KIng Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital
- •2 age 18 65 years old
- •3 American Society of Anesthesiologist ASA Physical Status 1 2
- •4 Elective surgery
排除标准
- •1 allergy to drugs which were used in this study
- •2 involving to intracranial surgery
- •3 more than 1 operation in the same time
- •4 psychotic problems or mental diseases
- •5 difficulty to communicate
- •6 severe cardiac liver or kidney disease
- •7 pregnancy
- •8 severe nasal polyposis
- •10 severe nasal polyposis radiologic opacification more than 50 of the sinuses Lund McKay classification
