- •overhead sports university-level athletes
- •full range of motion at the shoulder complex
- •no complaint of shoulder pain in the past 6 months
- •working knowledge of the English language
排除标准
- •Pre-existing upper extremity injury
- •history of rotator cuff injury in past 1 year
- •athletes who have undergone surgery at the shoulder complex
- •metabolic or neuromuscular diseases
- •spinal postural pathology (past 6 months)
- •attended whole-body vibration exercise last 3 months
- •history of epilepsy fits
