- •Patient undergoing laparotomy for perforation peritonitis
排除标准
- •Patients with renal failure.
- •Immunosuppressed (HIV, transplant recipients, steroids)
- •Patients developing an anastomotic leak.
- •Patients with underlying bowel malignancy.
- •Previous history of radiation exposure to the anterior abdominal wall.
- •Patients with a previous history of laparotomy.
- •Patients with hypersensitivity to drugs (Amikacin/ Metronidazole).
- •Patients denying consent.
