入选标准
- •1.Age more than 18 years and up to 70 years
- •2.Vitamin D deficient [serum 25(OH) D levels < 20 ng/mL]
排除标准
- •1.Patients with high disease activity as defined by CDAI >22.
- •2.Patients with Diabetes mellitus.
- •3.Presence of Heart failure[NYHA Class 3 and 4]
- •4.Recent adverse CVD events[CAD/ACS/CVA within 1 month]
- •5. Subjects with known malignancies
- •6.Active smokers
- •7.Patients with hypercalcemia [>=10.5 mg/dL]
- •8.Patients who have taken vitamin D in therapeutic doses within 30 days of start of study period.
