•(1) Other drugs were stable for more than 6 weeks;
•(2) NYHA class II-III cardiac function;
•(3) The diagnosis standard of anemia was met;
•(4) They are 18-70 years old, both male and female;
•(5) Those who voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent.

•(1) Late HF, moderate to severe aortic stenosis;
•(2) Uncontrolled arterial hypertension;
•(3) Patients with acute or chronic infection, advanced liver disease, end-stage chronic kidney disease or malignant disease; (4) Patients with oral iron (> 100mg / day), intravenous iron or erythropoietin, and non HF related anemia (such as hemoglobinopathy) in the past 6 weeks;
•(5) Patients with active bleeding or requiring blood transfusion and patients with known iron overload;
•(6) Participants in other drug trials within three months before screening;
•(7) According to the judgment of the researcher, it is not suitable for the participants.
