入选标准
- •- Non-small cell lung cancer stage IB-IV
- •- Newly diagnosed stage Ib-III
- •- Stage IV about to start with a new line of chemotherapy.
- •- Diameter of the primary tumour less than 4 cm or patients with larger lesions who are for any of the following reasons not suitable for inclusion in BTV-boost trial:
- •- prior radiotherapy to the thorax
- •- superior vena cava syndrome, malignant pleural effusion or malignant pericardial effusion.
- •- T4 because of multiple nodules in the same or ipsilateral lobe(s).
- •- Post-obstructive atelectasis or infiltration that cannot be distinguished from tumor on a CT-PET scan.
- •- Patients with a diagnosis of other cancer within the last 3-years
- •- WHO performance status 0-2
- •- Willing and able to comply with the study prescriptions
- •- 18 years or older
- •- Ability to give and having given written informed consent before patient registration
- •- No recent (< 3 months) severe cardiac disease (NYHA class >1) (congestive heart failure, infarction)
- •- No radiotherapy in 4 weeks prior to this study
- •- No treatment with investigational drugs in 4 weeks prior to or during this study.
- •- No current treatment with 5-fosfodiesterase inhibitors, calcium antagonists, beta blockers or nitrates.
- •- No known allergy to nitroglycerin or nitroglycerin patch.
- •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
