入选标准
- •1)Patient suffering from classical sign and symptoms of shaluka (Snoring)
- •2)Patient between 20 year to 55 year of age.
- •3)Patient willing and able to participate in the study for 21 days and follow up.
排除标准
- •1)Pregnant and lactating woman.
- •2)Subjects contra-indicated for Nasya and GANDUSHA.
- •3)Patient suffering from severe systemaic disorders like HTN ,D.M.
- •4)Patients suffering with other systemic chronic disorders like Malignancy, Cardiac and Renal disease.
- •5)Patient suffering from gross deviation of nasal septum and associated with other nasal pathology like nasal polyps etc.
- •6)Patient suffering from other infectious diseases.
- •7)Patient suffering from obstructive sleep apnea.
