入选标准
- •NAFLD patients:
- •1. diagnosed non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
- •2. declaration of consent to participate in the study and privacy policy.
- •Liver-healthy controls:
- •1. exclusion of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).
- •2. age / gender / body mass index matched to an already recruited patient.
- •Age match included ±2 years.
- •3. declaration of consent to participate in the study and privacy policy.
排除标准
- •Controls and NAFLD patients:
- •1. age under 18 years.
- •2. taking medication or other current therapies that may affect sleep. sleep may be affected.
- •3. presence of other chronic liver disease (viral hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, cholangitis, drug-associated liver damage, etc.).
- •4. presence of a tumor disease.
- •5. moderate to severe psychopathological disorders
- •6. eye diseases or other conditions that do not permit light dosimetry.
- •7. lack of prerequisites for the performance of actigraphy (e.g. physical illnesses that are associated with a significant restriction of physical activity)
- •8. lack of prerequisites for keeping the required diaries.
- •9. pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- •10. traveling across time zones during the outpatient study phase.
