- •1. Females aged between 18-25 years
- •2. Body mass index (BMI) more than 23 kg/m2
- •3. Q-angle more than 17 degrees
- •4. No participation in any form of exercise 3 months prior the study
排除标准
- •1. Injury or operation of lower extremity within the last 6 months prior the study
- •2. Injury of ligaments, muscles, tendons, and meniscus of the knee
