入排标准
入选标准
- •All adults patients between 18 to 70 years undergoing open GI malignancy surgeries of American Society of Anesthesiologists I & II
- •Surgeries that are expected to last less than 6 hrs
排除标准
- •Refusal for the consent
- •Emergency surgeries and re-do surgeries
- •Patients having any coagulopathies
- •Diabetic patients
- •Contraindications to dexmedetomidine and ketamine
- •Contraindications to epidural
- •Patients who has received these drugs previously within one month
- •Known allergic to ketamine and dexmedetomidine.
- •Patients not extubated for >6 hrs after reversal
