•1) Individuals aged 18 years or older but under 60 years of age
•2) Individuals with symptoms of low back pain lasting for at least 12 weeks
•3) Individuals with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of less than 35 kg/m2
•4) Individuals with a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain intensity score of =4
•5) Individuals who can understand the purpose and procedures of the study, and voluntarily decide to participate and provide written consent after receiving an explanation.

•1) Individuals with medical experience of moving cupping
•2) Individuals with medical experience of gold thread therapy
•3) Individuals diagnosed with spinal tumors, spinal infections, or ankylosing spondylitis
•4) Individuals with a history of spinal surgery such as spinal fusion or laminectomy
•5) Individuals with factors that may affect hemostasis such as taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents, or having bleeding disorders
•6) Individuals with severe atopic dermatitis, keloid-prone skin, other skin hypersensitivity, or uncontrolled diabetic skin diseases
•7) Individuals with a significant neuropsychiatric history or current neuropsychiatric disorders
•8) Individuals with a history of alcohol or substance abuse
•9) Pregnant or lactating women or women planning to become pregnant.
