- •Female patients of age group 40 to 55 years ASA grade 1and2. Patients planned for abdominal hysterectomy under spinal anaesthesia with bupivacaine 0.5%hyperbaric. Duration of surgery around 60 to 90 minutes
排除标准
- •Patients allergic to Dexmedetomidine or paracetamol. Cardiac diseases like heart block arrhythmia patients on drugs such asCCB ACE inhibitors Alfa adrenergic agonists. Pregnant patients surgery less than one hour or more than 2hours,gastric or peptic ulcer disease. Blood coagulation abnormalities. Impaired liver and kidney function patients. Hypertensive patients patients having BMI >30
