•Patients of American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status I–II undergoing TKRA under spinal anesthesia

排除标准

•Patients with preexisting neurological deficit, allergy to amide local anesthetics, contraindications to nerve block (e.g., local infection, sepsis, coagulation deficiency), and whom it was difficult to maintain cooperation were excluded.
