入排标准
入选标准
- •1. ASA I ,II
- •2. PCNL procedures with single puncture and with
- •nephrostomy tube.
- •3. Age group 18- 60 yrs
排除标准
- •1.ASA III,IV
- •2.PCNL with 2 or more nephrostomy punctures
- •3.Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •4.Patients with uncontrolled hypertension
- •5. Patients with associated cardiac and/or
- •hepatic dysfunction
- •Patients with coagulation disorders
- •Patients with BMI > 30 kg/m2.
- •Excessive bleeding during the procedure
- •Surgery > 3 hours
- •Delayed recovery or requiring postoperative ventilation
- •Unwillingness to give consent
