入选标准
- •Adult patient undergoing craniotomy for unruptured cerebral aneurysm ligation
排除标准
- •80 years old or older or under 20 years old
- •Order of surgery other than the first
- •Cerebral aneurysms that cause symptoms such as pain, vision problems, or abnormal sensations
- •Infratentorial cerebral aneurysms such as cerebral aneurysms that develop in the basilar and vertebral arteries or their branches
- •Craniotomy other than keyhole craniotomy
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASA PS) 3 or higher
- •Dementia, cancer, or scalp disease
- •Past psychiatric medication and treatment history
- •History of past craniotomy or scalp incision
- •Allergy to local anesthetics, narcotic analgesics, non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs
- •Use of chronic narcotic pain relievers
- •Lack of communication or ability to complete QoR-40
