入选标准
- •Teeth diagnosed symptomatic irreversible pulpitis, or pulp necrosis
- •with or without apical periodontitis
- •Primary root canal treatment cases
- •Fully developed single rooted teeth with single canal
- •Age: 18 to 55 years
- •Systemically healthy patients
- •Teeth with enough crown structure for adequate isolation
排除标准
- •Presence of peri apical radiolucency or sinus track
- •Pregnant patients
- •Irrestorable tooth
- •Re- Rct cases
- •Tooth with severe periodontal disease
- •Teeth with calcified canals and complex root canal morphology
- •Curved root canals of more than 25 degrees
- •Presence of internal / external resorption
- •Teeth with abscess/cellulitis
- •Patients with para-functional habits
- •Patients with chronic systemic disease
- •Patients with active site of pathosis in the area of injection
- •Patients who received antibiotics within the preceding 6 hours before the procedure
