•PG: pediatric cancer disease, completion of acute inpatient medical therapy, age 6-21, medical clearance to study participation by the treating physician, written consent of at least one parent or legal guardian (minors) and the study participants
•GG: healthy siblings / friends of the PG, age 6-21, written consent of at least one parent or legal guardian (minors) and the study participants

•special circumstances, physical impairment (study participation not possibleaccording to medical advice), psychological impairment (participation not possible according t medical advice).
•relative contraindications (lead to training interruption:)
•thrombocytopenia, acute thrombosis, nausea / vomiting / dizziness, fever, severe acute infection, up to 7 days after minor surgery, at least 2 weeks after major surgery, muscle / tendon / ligament / joint / bone injury
