- •1. Patient willing to undergo trial and ready to give informed and written consent.
- •2. Patient irrespective of age, sex, religion, socioeconomic status and occupation will be taken.
- •3. Patient with the clinical features of Dushta Vrana.
- •4. Traumatic ulcers
- •Traumatic ulcers
- •Varicose ulcers
- •Diabetes ulcers (DM under control

- •Patient not willing to undergo trial or not ready to give informed and written consent.
- •1. HIV or Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C positive patients.
- •2. Patients with evidence of malignancy and malignant ulcer
- •3. Tubercular ulcer
- •4. Syphilitic ulcer
- •5. Soft chancre sores (ducreyâ??s)
- •6. Diabetes mellitus (uncontrolled)
- •7. Patients suffering from chronic renal disease
