- •Individuals with a history of cervical spine/lumbar spine pain who had undergone medical treatment in the past two years
- •Individuals with a history of upper limb or lower limb paraesthesia or numbness
- •Individuals with a history of spinal fracture or extremity fracture in past two years
- •Individuals diagnosed with metabolic bone disorders
- •Individuals with scoliosis, restrictive lung pathology, rib trauma, chronic smokers
