- •1) Patients with filling defect on caudal epidurogram
- •2) Severe pain (NRS(numerical rating scale) =6
- •3) 80 years = age = 18 years
- •4) Patients with voluntary written consent
排除标准
- •1) Not agree to participate in research
- •2) Pregnant or lactating patients
- •3) Patients with a local anesthetics and steroid side effects
- •4) Patients with a persistent neurological damage
- •5) Patients undergoing spinal surgery within 6 months
