入选标准

  • •1)healthy women age 20-50 years
  • •2)diagnose endometrioma size at least 3 cm in diameter and performed unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and hysterectomy already
  • •3)No history of oral hormone within 3 months and no treatment history of รับ depot-medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA) or GnRH agonist 9 months before surgery
  • •4)no contraindication for Ethinyl estradiol และDesogestrel
  • •5)no desire for a child

排除标准

  • •1)liver cirrhosis, chronic renal disease, coagulopathy or has a disease not suitable for surgery
  • •2)have a contraindication to Ethinyl estradiol or Desgestrel
  • •3)cannot tolerate to abnormal uterine bleeding, side effect of progestin-only pills
  • •4)deny participating to the study
