入排标准
入选标准
- •1.First-ever unilateral stroke,(at lease 3-4 month old )
- •2. Hemiplegia resulting from stroke,
- •3. Age from 40 yr- 70 yr
- •4.Presence of spasticity in ankle muscle according Modified Ashworth scale Grade 1 to 3
- •5. Preserved cognitive and communicative function
- •6. Berg balance Scale score 21-56 score (medium and low risk of fall)
- •7. The ability of ambulation with or without assistive device
排除标准
- •1. Recurrent stroke
- •2.Uncontrolled Diabetic patient (sugar above the normal level)
- •3.Previous treatment with nerve blocks and/or motor point injections with neurotically agents for spasticity;
- •4. Previous treatment with Botox injection (BTX-A) within the 6 months before the study;
- •5.Progressive or severe neurological diseases, for example, heart conditions, unstable hypertension, or fracture or implants in the lower extremity;
- •6.Fear of needles
