•1 Patients of calculus of age group (above 15 years) irrespective of sex and occupation are included.
•2 Renal and Ureteric calculus less than 10mm of size.
•3 Patientsâ?? having classical signs and symptoms of Mutrashmari are included.
•4 Uncomplicated Patients having with or without mild
•Hydronephrosis will be selected randomly.

•1 Patients with systemic pathology (Uncontrolled DM, Hypertension etc.)and any Urinary obstructive condition. (Impaired Renal Function, enlarged
•2 Known case of Covid -19.
•3 Patient suffering from any systemic disease such as Kochsâ??s , Bronchial
•Asthma, Ischemic Heart Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease and Convulsive disorders like Epilepsy, Meningitis which will interfere with the course of treatment.
•4 Patients having Moderate or Severe Hydronephrosis.
•5 Patients who deny giving written informed consent.
