入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Age between 60 to 80 years,
- •2.An open surgical approach,
- •3.ASA I and ASA II patients,
- •4.Minimum educational qualification up to V standard,
- •5.Duration of surgery of more than two hours,
- •6.Can be either males or females.
排除标准
- •1.Refusal to consent.
- •2.History of alcohol abuse, chronic opiod or other substance abuse.
- •3.History of cerebral surgeries, stroke.
- •4.History of diagnosis of schizophrenia, dementia, anxiety or other disorder affecting cognition, mental dysfunction.
- •5.Any electrolyte imbalance.
- •6.Any active infection or disease associated with inflammation.
