- •BMI < 30 kg/m2 falling in American society of Anaesthesiology ( ASA ) grade 1 and 2 undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy
排除标准
- •Ventilatory settings could not be stabilized within 30 minutes of pneumoperitoneum
- •Surgery converted to laparotomy
- •Improper positioning of proseal laryngeal mask airway despite 2 attempts
- •Duration of surgery > 2 hours
