入选标准
- •a. All patients undergoing PCNL;
- •b. Age from 12-65 years;
- •c. Normal Renal Functions;
- •d. No history of chronic pain;
- •e. ASA I, II & III;
- •f. Both genders.
排除标准
- •a. History of local anesthesia allergy;
- •b. Redo PCNL;
- •c. Multiple punctures during PCNL;
- •d. Excessive intra-operative bleeding;
- •e. Diabetes Mellitus;
- •f. Coagulopathy;
- •g. Mental Disorder;
- •h. ASA IV & V;
- •i. Active urinary tract infection.
