- •1) Male or female age 60 or above
- •2) admitted to the semi-intensive medical unit
- •3) Patients or their family members consent to participate in the study
- •4) Off endotracheal tube after 24 hours with stable vital sing
- •5) Conscious intact and able to join this study with the physician's approval
排除标准
- •1) Palliative stage
- •2) Bedridden status before admission to the hospital
- •3) Neurological and musculoskeletal problems such as Myasthenia gravis, Guillian-Barre, Acute stroke, Fracture, and Agitation
