Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients whose age group is 18 above and both gender, undergoing only upper abdominal surgery in surgical gastroenterology unit; patients without heart, pulmonary and/or neuromuscular disorders; •patients who are suffering from metastatic cancer; patients undergoing video\-laparoscopy surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who are undergoing surgery to other areas; patients who are having cognitive disabilities or a history of mental illness; Patients who had not been on mechanical ventilation and/or in intensive care for more than 48hours.
