入选标准
- •ASA 1,2 and 3 patients of either sex
- •Aged 18-80yrs
- •Undergoing hip surgeries under spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •Patient refusing to participate in the study
- •Patient with uncontrolled diabetes,hypertension,cardiorespiratory disorsers, neuropsychiatric disorder, hepatic or renal dysfunction
- •Local anaesthetic allergy, Coagulopathy infection at the site of block, neurological deficits, on analgesics within 8hours before performing nerve block
