- •Patients scheduled to undergo elective cardiac surgery.
排除标准
- •Emergency or inpatient surgery.
- •Age < 18 years.
- •Known or suspected haemoglobinopathy.
- •Bone marrow disease.
- •Haemochromatosis.
- •End stage renal failure requiring dialysis.
- •Erythropoetin or iron (IV or oral) in the preceding 4 weeks prior to enrolment.
