入选标准
- •All patients older than 18 years and anticipated to be intubated for longer than 48 hours and spend more than 7 days in critical care with enteral feed will be included in the study
排除标准
- •1) pregnancy
- •2)Trauma to the lower limb
- •3)History of neurological, neuromuscular or muscular wasting diseases
- •4)Vascular insufficiency or amputation of the lower limbs
- •5)Prolonged immobility prior to admission to intensive care
- •6)Unable to tolerate enteral feed
- •7)History of patients on long-term steroids
