入选标准
- •have no abnormalities in the musculoskeletal system and can walk independently.
- •- have no pain or discomfort in the ankle or lower limb.
- •- have no pain or discomfort in measuring the maximum voluntary contraction (MVC).
- •- have been able to perform intervention for more than 30 minutes and have agreed to participate in research
排除标准
- •- have had surgery or fractures within 6 months
- •- have had with diseases on the feet or toes.
- •- have had trauma or pain in their feet within 3 months and had surgery.
- •- unable to conduct research due to discomfort in wearing high heels
