- •Healthy, moderatey physically active participants. No smoking , no drug taking.
排除标准
- •competitive physical activity;
- •sedentary lifestyle;
- •lower limb or spine injuries within a year prior to the study;
- •current inflammations;
- •contraindications to INPT or ICT
