- •Elective CABG on pump and off pump,
- •Ejection fraction (EF\>\=45%)
排除标准
- •1\.Urgent and Emergency surgery
- •2\.Age \> 75 years
- •3\.NYHA class IV
- •4\.Autonomic neuropathy
- •5\.Severe right ventricular (RV) dysfunction or failure
- •6\.Severe pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH)
- •7\.Occlusive peripheral arterial disease (PAD)
- •8\.Associated valvular pathologies
- •9\.Intracardiac shunts
- •10\.Patients on inotrope or vasodilator infusions
