入选标准
- •- COPD diagnosis according to GOLD criteria; post bronchodilator FEV1/FVC<70%
- •- Male and female patients aged over 40 years
- •- Written informed consent by the participant
- •- Smokers or ex-smokers with a smoking history of more than 10 pack-years
排除标准
- •- Lower limb joint surgery in the preceding 3 months
- •- History of acute exacerbation for at least three months prior to the enrollment.
- •- Unstable medically to perform exercise tests
- •- Predominant neurological or musculoskeletal limitation to walking
- •- Current diagnosis of asthma, current active respiratory disorders other than COPD, e.g. lung cancer, tuberculosis or other significant chest x-rays findings not associated with COPD (documented within 1 year).
