入选标准
- •All patients of age group 18 to 60 years of ASA 1 and 2 undergoing abdominal and lower limb surgeries under spinal anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1)Any contraindication or un willingness for spinal anaesthesia.
- •2)Patients with BMI > 30 kg/m2
- •3)Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, risk of coronary or vascular disease.
- •4)Increased intraocular or intracranial pressure/glaucoma.
- •5)History of psychosis, convulsions, neuromuscular diseases.
- •6)Patients with hepatic or renal dysfunction
