- •1.Obese subjects who will undergo bariatric surgery or receive intensive medical therapy
- •2.Age 15-70 years
- •3.ability and willingness to provided informed written consent
排除标准
- •1. End-stage disease such as cancer, cirrhosis Child-Pugh C, or critical/acute illness, 2. Type 1 diabetes mellitus, 3. Use of antibiotics in the previous month, 4. Use of probiotic or prebiotic supplement in the form of tablet or sachet in the previous 14 days, 5. Pregnancy or breast-feeding, 6. Substance abuse, 7. Uncontrolled psychiatric disorders and eating disorders
