简要总结
In this study, upper extremity anthropometric characteristics, functional upper extremity skills, and reaction time will be examined in healthy young adults. A total of 46 healthy individuals aged between 18 and 25 years, with no history of systemic disease or upper extremity injury affecting functional performance, will be included. Upper extremity anthropometric measurements, including arm, forearm, and hand lengths and circumferential measurements, will be obtained using standardized procedures. Functional upper extremity skills will be assessed using the Purdue Pegboard Test, and reaction time will be evaluated using the Nelson Hand Reaction Test. Correlation analyses will be performed to examine the relationships between upper extremity anthropometric characteristics, functional upper extremity skills, and reaction time.

结局指标
主要结局
Upper Extremity Anthropometric Measurements
时间窗: Baseline
Arm, forearm, and hand length and circumference measurements (cm).
Functional Upper Extremity Skills (Purdue Pegboard Test)
时间窗: Baseline
Functional upper extremity skills will be evaluated using the Purdue Pegboard Test. Performance will be measured as the number of pegs placed within 30 seconds for the dominant hand, non-dominant hand, and both-hands conditions, as well as the total number of components assembled within one minute during the assembly subtest. Higher scores will indicate better functional upper extremity performance.
Reaction Time (Nelson Hand Reaction Test)
时间窗: Baseline
Reaction time will be assessed using the Nelson Hand Reaction Test. Reaction time performance will be quantified based on the distance (cm) the ruler falls before being caught, with values converted to reaction time in milliseconds. The average of the best three trials will be used for analysis, with lower values indicating faster reaction time.
