  • increased nuchal translucency (> p 95)
  • group 2: singleton pregnancy
  • Crown Rump Length between 45 mm and 79 mm.
  • nuchal translucency < p 95

排除标准

  • twin pregnancy
  • Crown Rump Length smaller than 45 mm or bigger than 79 mm.;use of teratogenical medication
  • skeletal dysplasia of the fetus
