入选标准
- •PD according to United Kingdom Brain Bank Criteria
- •PD-MCI according to international research criteria (Litvan, Goldman et al. 2012)
- •Disease duration = 3 years
- •Stable medication 4 weeks prior to pretest
- •Written informed consent
排除标准
- •Severe comorbidity with influence on medication or life expectancy or quality of life during the study (i.e. malignant disease with life expectancy < 6 months)
- •Depression (BDI-II, exclusion beginning with moderate symptoms: cut off =20)
- •Acute suicidality, ascertained anamnestically
- •Marked daytime sleepiness, ascertained anamnestically
- •Impuls controll disorder or dopamine dysregulation syndrom, ascertained anamnestically
- •Acute psychosis (or psychotic episode 6 months prior to study inclusion)
- •Acute medication with cholinesterase inhibitors or memantine
- •Participation in another medication or training study within 2 months prior to study inclusion
- •Deep brain stimualtion
- •Pregnancy or breastfeeding
