- •1.Adult patient undergoing elective abdominal surgery through upper abdominal surgery.
- •2. Age group 19-65 years
- •3. ASA grade I and II
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal
- •2. Uncooperative patient
- •3.Patient with uncontrolled pulmonary disorders existing prior to surgical procedure
- •4.Patient undergoing emergency surgery
- •5.Patient requiring the dissection of diaphragm as a part of surgical procedure
- •6.BMI >30
- •7. ASA grade III and IV
- •8. Pregnant females
- •9. Age <19 years or > 65 years
