入选标准
- •1.Patients classified as ASA I, II or III according to the American Society of Anesthesiologists
- •2.Scheduled to undergo CRS+HIPEC procedure at Dr. BRAIRCH, AIIMS, New Delhi
排除标准
- •1.Contraindications to epidural block or propofol, desflurane, fentanyl, or morphine.
- •2.Patients with renal or hepatic disorders
- •3.Patient suffering from coagulopathy or receiving any anticoagulants.
- •4.Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction < 45%, RWMA, Arrhythmia, Conduction defect
- •5.Patient with BMI>=35kg/m2.
- •6.Hypersensitivity to local anesthetics
- •7.Thyrotoxicosis
- •8.Mental retardation
