- •Patients undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia
- •Patients fulfilling the criteria of American society of anaesthesiologists physical status I,II,III
- •either gender 18 to 60 years
排除标准
- •patients with addicion of tobacco smoking
- •Patients with known genetic disorder example cystic fibrosis
- •Patients with known hemoglobinopathies example thalassemia, sickle cell anemia
- •Patients with peripheral vascular disease
- •Patients having clubbing
- •Patients having hypothermia
