- •Legal adults aged between 18~55
- •- Individuals who met the criteria for any depressive disorder based on SCID-5, or scored > 5 (mild depression)
- •- Individuals who are able to read and speak Korean
- •- Individuals who have ability to use online video conferencing program and mobile phone
排除标准
- •- Individuals who are currently undergoing psychotherapy
- •- Individuals who's had adjustments in psychiatric medication over the past month.
- •- Individuals with psychotic symptoms
- •- Individuals with extremely high risk for suicide
