•2. Ischaemic heart disease
•3.myocardial infarction
•4.any abnormality seen in ECG during preanaesthetic checkup
•3. Anticipated difficult intubation.
•4. Pregnant patients.
•5. Any history of allergy with lignocaine.
•6. Any patients below 18 years old and above 65 years old of either sex.
•7. intubation time >15 sec/attempt
•8.more than 2 attempts at intubation
•9.very anxious patients
•10.patient unable to communicate.
•11.history of substance abuse or concurrent use of nonallopathic medication for any reason
•12.chronic opoid use
•13.obese patient
•13.Basal systolic BP <100mm of Hg and basal pulse rate <60 /min
•14.Diabetes
•15.severe systemic disorder involving any particular system of respiratory or hepatobiliary or renal etc or in combination.
•16.history of CVA
•17.past history of heart failure
