入选标准
- •1. Patients with histology proven EGFR overexpressed squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck region.
- •2. No previous chemotherapy of radiotherapy for head and neck cancer. 3. No previous surgery except biopsy. 4. Informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Evidence of systemic metastasis. 2.Histologically other than squamous cell carcinoma.
- •3. Pregnancy and lactation. 4. Evidence of uncontrolled co-morbidities like uncompensated renal, cardiac, hepatic and respiratory disease.
