•Young Healthy Adolescent male and female subjects.
•Aged between >=18 years to <= 25 years.
•Subjects who can refrain or who are not on any other supplements for constipation
•Subjects willing to sign informed consent and follow the study procedure.
•Has not participated in any clinical study in the last one month.

•Subjects with any clinical significant systemic illness.
•A known history or present condition of allergic response to products its components or to any of the ingredients in the test product
•Pre-existing systemic disease requiring long-term medications.
•Subjects treated with any laxatives 2 weeks prior to screening and are experiencing the laxative effect.
•Pregnant & nursing women.
